What: Akaya's Victory Party
When: Saturday, April 21st
Where: Akaya's apartment, and then a club a short train ride away
Rating: Please keep it PG-13

Join in for an evening of belated celebration! The party starts with an oh so black and yellow surprise party at Akaya's apartment for eating, drinking, and mingling. Those who still want to enjoy the night can venture on to the club afterparty (accessible to all ages), where there will be games and dancing.

See below for details. Characters can PM or text Zaizen to be let in at whatever stage they wish to join.

NOTE: For ease of play, do not worry about chronology. Tag wherever strikes your fancy! If it is on a section after PARTY -- SURPRISE, assume that Akaya has already been surprised and everything is already decorated in bee-themed glory.

Pulling the kaarage and assortment of cookies An laid them down in their respective areas and smiled. Hopefully she had made enough.

She had actually tried to make bee cookies but they ended up not looking very much like bees at all and more like deformed fish. After that incident she decided to keep it simple and make a few flavors instead of decorating.

Looking to the drinks she raised an eyebrow at the so called beer that Kirihara liked to drink. If she tried it , it would be more like a science experiment. What to do~?

Niou really did dislike parties. Especially in small places. Thankfully this early into the gathering, it wasn't that bad and he meandered over to the food area when he spotted An. "Hi Batman-chan, you came out of your cave?" Niou said, picking up a bottle of beer. It was... really shit stuff and he sighed as he fished out his keys from his pocket to open it. Maybe he should give his kouhai a lesson on decent beer at some point. "And with many baked goods for Akaya. Gosh golly, I didn't realise you liked him so much."

An raised an eyebrow. She was certainly surprised to see Niou here considering he never seemed to want to join in anything. "Special mission. I didn't have a choice," She answered playing along with a shrug. "I'm nice to my friends...Most of the time." At least this time she was.

Oh it looked like Niou was going to save her from her dilemma. "Do you mind if I try that? I didn't want to open a bottle and end up having to drink it if I didn't like it."

"You need a better disguise, you're just too obvious dressed like that." He made a vague gesture with his keys at her and popped the top off the beer bottle. Niou put it neatly on the counter. Maybe later in the night if he was still around, he could make a tower of them.

Niou blinked at the question and swallowed his first sip of the beer. "Don't spit in it if you don't like it," he said, holding the bottle out to her. "Or put your hair oils in it. My intestines have only just recovered from Valentine's day."

There was not enough black to be Batman, that was for sure. " I don't think Batman wears a skirt...Plus I don't wear my underwear on the outside." An recalled. At least she thought he did.

An gave Niou a small smile as she plucked the bottle from his hand, " Oh don't worry I wouldn't do that. Just the bad quality of this beer will do that for me." With that she took a sip and then quickly made a face before handing him back the bottle.

"This...is gross. I don't see how Kirihara-kun could drink this."

"I wouldn't judge him if he did wear a skirt. It could be really functional." Somehow.

Niou squinted and watched An very closely in her single sip to make sure she didn't spit it back in and there was no backwash. It looked safe but he still peered into it when she handed it back. "It tastes better the second time," Niou said, holding the bottle back out to her. "The first sip is usually rubbish, because you need to get used to the taste."

"It's comfortable. Except when it's windy. But I assume Batman would wear some shorts under there." Yes, that seemed like the most practical.

An wasn't quite sure what Niou was looking for when he looked into the bottle. Rolling her eyes she took the bottle again. " I'm pretty sure this is going to taste gross again," She paused and took another sip and waited and took one more sip. "No, this is still gross. I'm sure you'll enjoy it."

"No you're doing it wrong. Bigger sips, Nana-chan," he said, pushing the bottle backwards her. "You've got to fully coat your tongue in it. Engage all the different types of taste buds. Your little girly sips aren't doing anything." It really was still going to be gross.

Niou was actually tempted to open up another bottle for himself since clearly An had staked her claim on this one. Instead he clapped his hands together to cheer her on.

An stared at him once before placing the beer back onto the counter since he clearly wasn't going to accept it. " No, I'm not drinking anymore of that. You can have it back."

"Maybe I should just have some juice for now." Or maybe mix that with something else.

How boring.

Niou took the bottle from the counter and went back to drinking it himself. "Aren't you underage anyway, Anana-chan?" Niou asked, drumming his fingers on the side of the bottle. "Juice is probably better." He reached out to pick up the bottle cap and spun it between his fingers before clenching it in his fist and holding it out to An.

There was a bottle of shochu that caught her eye. That would work. "I'm twenty in two months so yes and barely." She answered truthfully but honestly underage drinking wasn't a new thing.

Picking up the bottle she served herself a small amount into a cup, "It will be with this." An was about to pick up a carton of apple juice but instead she stared at Niou's hand move the cap. "What are you trying to do?" She asked as she put out her palm.
